Does Dr. Wolfie submit the request?
Yes. It prepares the LMN and submits the prior authorization request through the payer portal.
Does submission mean the request is approved?
Submission sends the request to the payer for review. The payer makes the authorization decision.
What does prior authorization cost?
Prior authorization is $5 per case, including EHR data retrieval, LMN preparation, and portal submission.
