What is included in the 2%?
The all-inclusive billing rate covers medical coding, claims, and denial management.
Are eligibility and prior auth included in billing pricing?
They have their own pricing: eligibility is $0.50 per check and prior authorization is $5 per case. The 2% of collections rate is for all-inclusive billing.
Does billing include handling denials?
Yes. Denial management is included with coding and claims in the billing service.
